AR Caller

We are hiring an AR Caller with experience in US Healthcare RCM and Workers’ Compensation claims.

Responsibilities:

• Call US insurance companies for claim status and payment follow-up.
• Handle Workers’ Compensation claims.
• Investigate denied, rejected, and unpaid claims.
• Identify denial/rejection reasons and take corrective action.
• Resubmit corrected claims and follow up until resolution.
• Review EOBs/ERAs and maintain accurate claim records.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of RCM/AR Calling experience.
• Workers’ Compensation experience is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of US Healthcare and Medical Billing.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of claims, denials, rejections, and resubmissions.
• Comfortable working in US/Night Shift.

Candidates without RCM Calling and Workers’ Compensation experience will not be considered.
