Job Description

We are hiring experienced AR Callers for our Physician Billing / Hospital Billing process at Ventra Health, Perungudi, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance claims and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Contact insurance companies regarding claim status, denials, and payments.
• Identify and resolve claim issues to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Maintain accurate follow-up records and meet process targets.
• Handle AR calling activities for US healthcare/medical billing.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in AR Calling / Medical Billing.
• Experience in Physician Billing or Hospital Billing is preferred.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Candidates comfortable working in night shifts can apply.
