US MEDICAL BILLING – AR CALLER (FRESHER)

Job Responsibilities

• Contact US insurance companies/payers to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
• Check claim status, payment status, denials, rejections and pending claims.
• Communicate professionally with US insurance representatives.
• Understand and document payer responses accurately in the billing system.
• Follow up on unpaid and outstanding accounts receivable.
• Identify basic claim issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and follow process guidelines.
• Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and billing information as per company policies.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate can apply.
• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Good listening and comprehension skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
