We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our Healthcare Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling healthcare-related processes, coordinating with insurance providers, and ensuring timely resolution of patient and payer-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle healthcare operations and insurance-related processes.
• Manage escalations and time-sensitive healthcare cases.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies.
• Review and update patient records accurately.
• Work on payer portals and healthcare management systems.
• Follow authorization and claim processing guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality and productivity targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and medical terminology.
• Ability to handle critical and time-sensitive cases.
• Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
