AR caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve patient billing issues, denials, and claims.
• Handle incoming calls from patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers regarding outstanding balances.
• Identify and address denials by investigating root causes and resubmitting claims as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in AR calling or revenue cycle management in a hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, including claims submission and denial management.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, insurers, and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
