What they need
We are hiring AR Calling Executives for our International Process. The role involves calling clients for pending payments and ensuring timely collections.
Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to clients for pending payments
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections
- Maintain clear communication and build professional relationships with clients
- Update payment status and call records regularly
Requirements:
- Prior experience in International BPO (Voice Process)
- 2+ years of experience in AR Calling / Collections
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of payment follow-ups and collections
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
