AR caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and patient inquiries.
• Identify and address root causes of denials through thorough analysis of EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and appeal denied claims.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as hospital administration, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), and insurance providers to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, physicians, and payers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, including denial management and appeals process.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, physicians, and insurance companies over phone.
