What they need
- Job Title: AR Caller (US Healthcare)
- Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad
- Experience: 1–4 Years (Only Experienced in AR/ Denials / Pb or Hb, Voice process)
- Salary: 40k to 42k based on Experience and interview performance
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Virtual/Walkin interview
- Job Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for US Healthcare providers.
- Call insurance companies to check claim status and resolve unpaid or denied claims.
- Analyze denials and take appropriate action for claim resolution.
- Follow up on outstanding claims to maximize collections.
- Ensure timely documentation of all call activities.
- Work on Physician Billing and/or Hospital Billing processes.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim corrections and resubmissions.
- Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an AR Caller in US Healthcare.
- Good knowledge of Denial Management and Insurance Follow-up.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Qualification: Any Graduate
