AR Caller US Healthcare (PB/HB)

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced AR Callers for a leading US Healthcare process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling, End-to-End Denials Management, and Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end AR Calling for US Healthcare accounts.
• Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid, pending, and denied claims.
• Analyze and resolve denied claims to maximize reimbursements.
• Work on Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB) accounts.
• Review claim status and resolve billing-related issues.
• Ensure timely claim follow-up and maintain accurate documentation.
• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling.
• Hands-on experience in End-to-End Denials Management is mandatory.
• Experience in Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB).
• Degree or Diploma is mandatory.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Job Details

• Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Trichy
• Interview Mode: Virtual
• Salary: Up to 41,000 In-Hand (Based on experience & skills)
• Benefits: Two-Way Cab Facility
