Job Description

We are hiring AR Callers with 1 to 3 years of experience in the US Healthcare Medical Billing process. Candidates should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up, Denial Management, Appeals, and Insurance Calling.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform AR follow-up with insurance companies on outstanding claims.
• Analyze and resolve denied, rejected, and unpaid claims.
• Handle payment follow-up and claim status verification.
• Work on appeals and claim reprocessing.
• Review EOBs/ERAs and identify payment discrepancies.
• Ensure timely resolution of aging claims.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all follow-up activities.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
• Experience in AR Follow-up and Denial Management.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance.
• Understanding of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes is preferred.

Qualification

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to work in Night Shift.
