What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups with insurance companies.
- Follow up on outstanding claims and payments.
- Identify and work on denials, rejections, and underpayments.
- Maintain and update AR aging and claim status.
- Contact insurance companies regarding claim status and payment issues.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding accounts.
Requirements:
- 02 years of experience in US Healthcare AR / Medical Billing.
- Basic knowledge of AR follow-up and denial management.
- Good communication skills.
- Freshers with relevant healthcare/medical billing knowledge can also be considered.
