Key Responsibilities

• Claim Follow-Up: Contact insurance companies via phone, email, IVR, or web portals to check the status of pending or unpaid claims.
• Denial Management: Investigate, analyze, and resolve denied, rejected, or underpaid claims by identifying root causes.
• Appeals & Resubmissions: Coordinate with medical billing and coding teams to fix errors and resubmit claims for maximum reimbursement.
• Documentation & Audit Trails: Log all payer interactions, notes, and post-call analyses accurately into client software and billing systems.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly accounts receivable collection and productivity goals (SLAs).
• Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and healthcare industry regulations.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, hospital billing (HB), or physician billing (PB).
• Communication: Fluent business English verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), medical billing codes, insurance guidelines, and denial reasons.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel for tracking/reporting) and billing tools or platforms like ALLSCRIPTS, ecw,Epic, Kareo & any other.
• Work Mode: Commonly structured as full-time, work-from-office roles often requiring night shifts to align with US business hours

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
