AR Calling - Denials

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage patient accounts receivable (AR) calls to resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and payment issues.
• Authorize or deny claims based on hospital policies and procedures.
• Identify and escalate complex cases to senior staff for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of hospital administration processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and insurance representatives.
