AR Calling Voice Process

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as billing, customer service, and operations to resolve complex patient billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, providers, and payers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in the US healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients, providers, and payers.
