AR Clerk

L10 is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for an entry-level, administrative AR role supporting a B2B service business.

This person will own the day-to-day AR cycle: monthly media invoicing, UBI invoicing, payment entry, AR aging reporting, and the trackers and folders that keep the AR record organized. The work is high-volume and repetitive, so success depends on organization, accuracy, and consistent follow-through.

We are looking for administrative experience and the willingness to learn AR. Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience is a plus but not required. This is an ongoing remote role. AR and AP cross-train to cover time off and unplanned absences, so willingness to learn the AP side is expected.

Core Responsibilities

· Invoicing

· Payment entry

· AR aging reporting

· Tracker updates

· Credit Card reconciliations

· Contract set up

· Maintain organized Google Drive folders for AR records

· Cross-train on AP responsibilities for coverage

Must-Have Qualifications

· Comfortable in a high-volume environment with many moving parts

· Strong accuracy and attention to detail

· Reliable communication and follow-through in a remote environment

· Organized and process-driven

Nice-to-Have Experience

· Administrative or office support experience

· Any exposure to AR, AP, or bookkeeping

· Proficiency with a cloud accounting platform such as QuickBooks Online is preferred but not required

· Familiarity with Google Drive and standard office tools

· Prior remote work experience

Pay: $17.00 - $218.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
