What they need
- จัดทำเอกสาร ประกบกับใบแจ้งหนี้เพื่อวางบิล รับบิล จากแต่ละแผนก เพื่อนำเอกสารประกอบเพื่อนำไปวางบิล
- บันทึกเอกสารการวางบิล และจัดพิมพ์รายงานการนำส่ง เพื่อจัดส่งเอกสารสำหรับวางบิล
- ออกใบเสร็จรับเงินกรณีที่ลูกค้าส่งสำเนาใบนำฝากธนาคาร หรือโทรแจ้งกรณีโอนเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว
- นำฝากเงินสดและเช็คที่จัดเข้าชุดจากทางหัวหน้าเข้าบัญชีธนาคารให้ทันเวลา
- ออกใบเสร็จรับเงินพร้อมทั้งลงนามเอกสารรับเงิน และนำส่งใบเสร็จรับเงินให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทำการจัดส่งให้กับลูกค้า
- คำนวณรายการเก็บเงินของพนักงานเก็บเงิน พร้อมทั้งบันทึกเอกสารรายวัน และคำนวณค่าตอบแทน
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี, บริหารธุรกิจ, การเงิน, การตลาด
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้าง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมทางด้านบัญชี (ERP) Excel Advance
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม MS Office (Word , Excel , Power Point) และ SAP ได้เป็นอย่างดี
