About the role
Accounting position focused on accounts receivable (AR), including invoice and tax invoice issuance, and related accounting processes.
Key responsibilities
- Process accounts receivable including delivery notes, invoices, and tax invoices
- Issue payment requests and receipts
- Record accounting entries in the accounts receivable system
- Reconcile product items, delivery notes, and invoices
- Reconcile sales tax reports and general ledger accounts
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Experience in accounts receivable work, invoice and tax invoice issuance
- Proficiency with Excel and Word
- Ability to use Express accounting software (preferred)
- Attention to detail and diligence in work
