What they need
รายละเอียดงาน
- ดูแลบัญชีแยกประเภท (GL) และปิดงบการเงินประจำเดือน/ปี
- จัดทำรายการบัญชี กระทบยอดบัญชี ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (WHT) และรายการระหว่างบริษัท
- ดูแลการวางบิล ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ บันทึกรายได้ และติดตามลูกหนี้ (AR)
- ควบคุมต้นทุนโครงการ วิเคราะห์กำไร และตรวจสอบการรับรู้รายได้/ค่าใช้จ่าย
- ดูแลเงินสด กระทบยอดธนาคาร และจัดทำประมาณการกระแสเงินสด
- จัดทำรายงานทางการเงิน สนับสนุนงบประมาณ การวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงาน และการตรวจสอบบัญชี
- ปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานและควบคุมภายในให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชี 5–8 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Advertising, Media, Digital Marketing หรือธุรกิจบริการ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความรู้ด้าน GL, AR, Revenue Recognition, Project Accounting และการปิดงบ
- มีความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานบัญชีไทย ภาษี VAT, WHT และการจัดทำรายงานทางการเงิน
- ใช้ Microsoft Excel / MS Office ได้ดี หากมีประสบการณ์ SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics หรือ ERP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ การแก้ไขปัญหา การสื่อสาร และสามารถบริหารงานหลายด้านภายใต้เวลาที่จำกัดได้
