AR Collections Officer (Outbound Calls / Contract)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound reminder calls in the recovery of outstanding debts.
• Maintain records & prepare reports on collection activities. Conduct periodic account reviews and reconciliations.
• Attend to enquiries and perform other ad-hoc duties related to collections as required.

Key Requirements

• Minimally 2 years of experience in credit collection (AR) OR Call Centre (Outbound calls).
• Experience in SAP is an added advantage.
