- Billing & Invoicing: Oversee accurate and timely generation and delivery of customer invoices.
- Collections Management: Monitor outstanding debts, track Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and lead collection strategies.
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Prepare AR aging reports, analyze cash flow projections, and reconcile accounts.
- Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to fix billing errors and address client issues
