Job Description

AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) – Healthcare RCM

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
• Resolve payment issues and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Appeal denied claims and correct claim errors.
• Familiarity with CARC / RARC codes, EOB / ERA interpretation and payer guidelines.
• Knowledge on UB 04
• Understanding of medical billing workflows (OPD/IPD), insurance reimbursement methodologies, and medical coding (ICD-10, CPT). Eligibility & Skills:
• Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), ERPs, and specialized billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
• Minimum 1+ years of AR Hospital Calling experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Strong understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes in a voice process.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Comfortable working rotational shifts.

Education:

• Undergraduate or Graduate.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
