AR Caller Experienced

Experience: 1+ Year | Process: US Healthcare AR/RCM | Shift: Night Shift

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to insurance companies for pending, unpaid, and denied claims.
• Follow up on outstanding and aging accounts for timely payment.
• Verify claim status, eligibility, payments, and denials.
• Resolve claim-related issues and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and follow-up records.
• Meet productivity, quality, and collection targets.
• Follow HIPAA, compliance, and company guidelines.

Eligibility & Skills

• 1+ year experience in AR Calling / Medical Billing / US Healthcare RCM preferred.
• Experience in Insurance Follow-up, Denial Management, or Accounts Receivable is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare claims and insurance processes.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
