Job Description

• Oversee daily accounts receivable operations, including billing, invoicing, and collections.
• Manage and monitor customer payments, outstanding balances, and overdue accounts.
• Lead the AR team to ensure accurate reporting and timely collections.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and coordinate with internal departments and customers.
• Develop collection strategies to improve cash flow and ensure compliance with company policies

The Successful Applicant A Successful AR Manager Should Have

• 9+ years of experience in Billing and Collections, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing a team
• Strong end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) expertise, preferably within a GBS or Shared Services environment.
• Excellent knowledge of dispute resolution, collections, and customer service operations.
• ERP Systems experience
