What they need
รายละเอียดงาน
- จัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบวางบิล และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดตามการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้าเป็นไปตามที่กำหนด
- บันทึกและกระทบยอดบัญชีลูกหนี้
- ตรวจสอบยอดลูกหนี้คงค้าง และจัดทำรายงาน AR
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารประกอบการปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิ ปวส.-ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อายุ 22-35 ปี
- มีประสบการ์ณด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้ 1-2 ปี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel และโปรแกรมบัญชีได้
- หากใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี Peak และ Express ได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบงานของตนเองได้ดี
