AR Officer

Responsibilities

• Verify and record daily sales from POS systems across all branches.
• Reconcile cash, bank transfers, credit cards, and e-Wallet transactions with sales and bank deposits.
• Reconcile sales between POS and accounting systems, including sales from aggregators such as Grab, LINE MAN, and Shopee after GP fees and discounts.
• Monitor branch cash shortages and overages and coordinate with relevant teams to identify the causes.
• Issue invoices, tax invoices, receipts, and billing documents for B2B customers and Events.
• Follow up on customer payments and prepare AR Aging Reports.
• Record incoming payments and reconcile them with bank statements.
• Reconcile AR Subledger with GL at month-end.
• Prepare Output VAT reports.
• Maintain complete revenue-related documentation for audit purposes.
• Handle billing and document submission from suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Vocational Diploma (ปวส.) in Accounting with relevant experience.
• 1–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, or General Accounting.
• Experience with POS systems or Retail/F&B businesses is preferred.
• Good command of Excel, with strong attention to detail.
