Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AR Caller - Physician Billing to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling Physician Billing accounts, insurance follow-ups, claim status verification, denial management, and payment posting support. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with US healthcare insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding physician claims.
• Review and analyze unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims.
• Contact insurance providers to check claim status and obtain payment information.
• Work on denial management and appeals process.
• Ensure timely resolution of accounts receivable issues.
• Identify billing errors and coordinate with internal teams for corrections.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards as per client requirements.
• Document call outcomes accurately in the billing system.
• Meet daily calling and collection targets.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in AR Calling - Physician Billing.
• Good understanding of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Experience in handling Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance claims.
• Knowledge of denial management, appeals, and claim follow-up processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts (US Shift).
• Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare billing software.
