AR Specialist

This role is strictly focused on Accounts Receivable (A/R) management. We are seeking a results-driven A/R Specialist responsible for managing aged claims, resolving complex claim denials, handling appeals, and maximizing reimbursement from insurance payers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on aged Accounts Receivable (A/R) claims
• Analyze and resolve claim denials and rejections
• Submit and follow up on appeals and reconsiderations
• Communicate with insurance payers regarding claim status and payment issues
• Identify the root causes of unpaid and denied claims
• Maintain accurate follow-up records and documentation
• Prioritize high-value and aging claims to improve collections
• Work on outstanding balances and ensure timely resolution
• Meet assigned A/R, collection, and productivity targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare billing and insurance processes
• Hands-on experience in A/R follow-up and denial management
• Strong understanding of insurance claims, appeals, and reimbursement processes
• Experience with Orthopedic Surgery billing
• Experience in Radiology / Diagnostic Imaging, including:
• Experience working with ModMed will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet collection targets

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• A/R Specialist: 1 year (Required)
