AR Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares and sends statement of accounts to customers
• Investigates and reports to Management all disputed billings on a timely manner
• Checks missing and unresolved payment issues
• investigates reasons for missing account records and implement corrective actions
• Recommends changes to be made on the credit limit of customers to resolve the lingering challenge on such customers’ payment history, when applicable
• Keeps track of the various payment methods and ensures their proper monitoring.
• Monitors unapplied collections
• Responsible for reconciling and reporting of accounts

Qualification:

• Must be a graduate of Accountancy or Finance-related course

Competencies and Skills:

• Proficient in running reports and carrying out accurate record keeping
• Must be able to perform and maintain proper documentation
• With strong sense of urgency and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Excel and Power Point with good presentation skills
• Team player and goal-oriented
• With enthusiasm and involvement in improving business processes
• Ability to offer proficient solution to problems
• Able to work with minimum supervision
