What they need
- Prepare and cook authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes
- Prepare rice dishes, grilled meats, kebabs, shawarma, soups, salads, breads, and traditional dishes
- Prepare marinades, sauces, dips, spices, and seasonings
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes
- Assist in menu planning and development of Arabic dishes
- Monitor ingredients and properly store food supplies to minimize waste
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff for timely meal preparation and service
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php24,199.22 per month
Work Location: In person
