Receptionist – EPOQUE Flower Shop
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to join our team at EPOQUE Flower Shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and customer orders.
- Assist customers with flower selections and arrangements.
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, and appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Support daily shop operations and sales.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Pay: QAR2,100.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
