Arabic Call Center Agent and Front Desk

VA Clinics is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Call Center & Customer Service Agent to handle patient inquiries, appointments, front desk operations, payments, and basic marketing support while ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries from CRM.

* Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.

* Welcome and assist patients during check-in and check-out.

* Process payments and issue receipts/invoices.

* Maintain accurate patient records using the clinic’s systems.

* Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatments, and promotions.

* Assist with marketing campaigns, patient engagement, and lead follow-ups.

* Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

* Handle patient concerns professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer service, call center, reception, or healthcare is preferred.

* Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

* Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office.

* Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.

* Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: To be discussed during the interview.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
