Arabic Commis II

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Commis II - Arabic cuisine to join our kitchen item. The candidate should have good knowledge of Arabic/Middle Eastern non-vegetarian dishes and basic kitchen operations

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Arabian dishes such as sizzlers,, Grills, kebabs, Tawa Starters,Mandi, Arabian Rices and other Middle Eastern items
• Assist in preparation of chicken, meat and fish dishes
• Handle marination, cutting, portioning and mise-en-place
• Prepare sauces, dips and basic Arabic accompaniments
• Maintain Food Quality, taste and presentation
• Handle Restaurant and banquet orders
• Maintain proper food storage and minimize wastage
• Keep the kitchen section clean and hygienic
• Follow food safety standards and Hod instructions

Required Skills

• Good Knowledge of Arabic/Middle Eastern cuisine
• Knowledge of meat, chicken and fish preparation
• Good Maintain and mise-en-place skills
• Basic knowledge of Arabic cooking methods and spices
• Ability to handle bulk orders
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
