Arabic Cook

We are looking for an experienced Arabic Cook with strong expertise in preparing authentic Arabic and Emirati dishes to support our catering operations in the UAE.

• Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Arabic and Emirati dishes in line with approved menus and recipes
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation consistency in high volume catering environments
• Assist in menu execution for daily operations, functions, and events
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet operational standards
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP / UAE standards)
• Support functions and event setups, including bulk food preparation and service coordination
• Handle orders, requisitions, and inventory control, ensuring minimal wastage
• Monitor raw material usage and report shortages or quality issues
• Work efficiently in fast paced environments while meeting service timelines
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas
• Willingness to work in remote locations, camps, or project sites as required

Job Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience in Arabic and Emirati cuisine
• Proven experience in high volume catering or hospitality operations
• Hands on expertise in preparing traditional Arabic & Emirati dishes
• Prior catering industry experience in the Middle East (UAE preferred)
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
• Valid Food Safety Certificate (mandatory)
• Experience in functions and events food preparation and service
• Ability to manage inventory, requisitions, and kitchen coordination
• Capable of maintaining performance under pressure and tight timelines
• Physically fit to work long hours and in kitchen environments
• Willingness and flexibility to work in remote locations or shift-based operations
