Arabic Cuisine Chef

We are urgently hiring an experienced Mandhi Chef for a restaurant in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of preparing authentic Arabian Mandhi dishes, including rice, meat, and traditional spices, while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Arabian Mandhi dishes, including chicken and mutton Mandhi.
• Prepare and cook aromatic Mandhi rice using traditional techniques.
• Ensure the taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes meet restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Monitor food ingredients, stock levels, and kitchen supplies.
• Follow food safety standards and proper food storage procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain consistency in recipes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mandhi Chef or Arabian Cuisine Chef.
• Good knowledge of Mandhi preparation, rice cooking, and meat seasoning.
• Ability to prepare high-quality dishes consistently.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
