Arabic Lawyer – UAE Experience

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Arabic-speaking Lawyer to join our legal team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have solid experience with the UAE law.

This role requires expertise in legal drafting, court procedures, corporate legal matters, and client advisory services. Experience in managing legal content on social media platforms will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities Legal Matters

Handled Legal matter related to UAE

Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, and government authorities.

Prepare legal opinions, memorandums, legal notices, and official correspondence.

Assist in case preparation, legal documentation, and follow-up.

Legal Documentation

Draft, review, and amend:

Powers of Attorney (POA)

Commercial Agreements

Employment Contracts

Service Agreements

Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)

Legal Notices

Settlement Agreements

Ensure all legal documents comply with UAE laws and regulations.

Provide legal advice on contractual and corporate matters.

Manage the company's legal communication platforms, including WhatsApp Business and other social media.

Create and publish professional legal content in Arabic and English.

Respond to client inquiries and provide preliminary legal guidance through approved communication channels.

Promote the company's legal services while ensuring compliance with UAE legal advertising regulations.

QualificationsRequired

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.

Native Arabic speaker.

Minimum 3 years of legal experience in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE laws, court procedures, and legal regulations.

Experience drafting contracts, POAs, legal notices, and commercial agreements.

Excellent legal drafting skills in both Arabic and English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

Experience managing professional social media accounts.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
