Arabic Operations Manager

Responsible for managing daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement of shipments, timely delivery, customer satisfaction, cost control, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Manage daily logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, and warehouse operations.
• Supervise operations staff, drivers, warehouse teams, and coordinators.
• Plan and monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transport companies, customs brokers, and suppliers.
• Ensure shipments are handled accurately and delivered within agreed timelines.
• Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Resolve operational issues, delays, customer complaints, and shipment discrepancies.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with customs, safety, and company procedures.
• Develop and implement SOPs and process improvements.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth implementation of customer requirements.
• Monitor vendor and subcontractor performance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workload allocation.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and service providers.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply-chain operations.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or management position.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
