Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Aras PLM Manager to lead PLM initiatives, manage delivery teams, and drive successful implementation and support of Aras Innovator solutions. The candidate should have strong PLM domain knowledge, stakeholder management experience, and hands-on understanding of Aras architecture and integrations.

Role & responsibilities

Manage Aras PLM implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support projects.
Lead cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, and Architects.
Gather business requirements and translate them into PLM solutions.
Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and status reporting.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
Oversee solution design, integrations, testing, and production deployments.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance processes.
Support roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
10+ years of PLM experience with 5+ years in Aras Innovator.
Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management processes.
Experience in Change Management, Document Management, BOM Management, and Workflows.
Knowledge of Aras Administration, Configuration, AML, and Integrations.
Experience with SQL Server, .NET/C#, REST APIs, and JavaScript.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading global delivery and support teams.

Preferred candidate profile

PMP / Scrum certification.
Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, Automotive, Aerospace, or Elevator industries.
Aras SaaS and Upgrade experience.
Experience with ERP and CAD integrations.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
