As an essential member of our field operations, you will manage and participate in top-tier tree and shrub care for residential and commercial clients. As Field Supervisor, you are the face of Joshua Tree Experts on site. You will bridge operational excellence and customer service, maintaining direct communication with homeowners, property managers, sales arborists, and crew members to deliver exceptional results every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Leadership: Direct daily tree care operations and work alongside your team to prune, maintain, and remove trees and shrubs efficiently and safely.
• Equipment Operation: Expertly operate Spyder lifts, bucket trucks, loaders, and specialized power tools. Oversee routine maintenance for all assigned crew equipment.
• Arboricultural Precision: Perform complex pruning, tree removals, cabling/bracing, and tree risk assessments following safety protocols.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary on-site point of contact, ensuring clear communication, professional service, and high client satisfaction.
• SafetyCompliance: Enforce strict adherence to company safety policies, industry standards, and local regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in tree care, including advanced climbing, trimming, and removal techniques.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of arboriculture, tree species, disease identification, and proper care practices.
• Equipment Proficiency: Mastery in operating and maintaining chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, and aerial lifts.
• LeadershipProblem-Solving: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage on-site challenges calmly and decisively.
• Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (CDL-B preferred).
  • ISA Certified Arborist credential (preferred).
