Are you in (or recently graduated from) an arborist, forestry, or horticulture program?

We’re hiring a groundsman / arborist apprentice who wants real hands-on experience and a fast track into climbing.

This is where you turn school knowledge into real skill.

What Makes This Different From Most Entry-Level Jobs

Most companies will have you dragging brush for a year.

We won’t.

• You’ll work directly with experienced climbers
• Learn real production tree work (not just theory)
• Get a clear path into climbing and aerial work

If you’re motivated, you won’t stay stuck on the ground long.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running ropes and assisting climbers on pruning and removals
• Feeding brush, managing job flow, and site setup
• Operating chippers, chainsaws, and equipment
• Learning rigging, lowering, and climbing systems
• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional

What We’re Looking For

• Student or recent grad from Arboriculture / Forestry / Horticulture
• OR strong interest in getting into the trade
• Hard-working and physically capable
• Positive attitude, willing to learn quickly
• Shows up on time and takes initiative
• G license required (or working toward it)

What You’ll Learn (Fast)

• Real-world pruning techniques (ISA standards)
• Rigging and technical tree work
• Chainsaw handling and safety
• How to work efficiently on a professional crew
• Introduction to climbing and canopy movement
