We are currently seeking motivated individuals for the roles of Tree Climber, CDL Equipment Operator, and Sales Arborist. Responsibilities

• Tree Climber: Perform tree climbing and pruning, removals, and general tree care tasks while adhering to safety standards.
• CDL Equipment Operator: Operate trucks and heavy equipment to support tree care operations, including transporting materials and assisting with job site setup and cleanup.
• Sales Arborist: Consult with customers to assess their tree care needs, provide recommendations, and help develop solutions that meet their goals.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Represent Grays Tree Service professionally when interacting with clients and the public.

Qualifications

• Experience in tree care, equipment operation, or sales (depending on the position applied for).
• Valid CDL for Equipment Operator roles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
