What they need
Arby’s is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Morning Maintenance Crew Member. This position plays a key role in ensuring our restaurant is clean, organized, and fully prepared to welcome guests each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and prepare the restaurant for daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the parking lot and exterior grounds
- Assist with unloading and properly storing truck deliveries
- Perform general cleaning and light maintenance tasks throughout the facility
Qualifications:
- Dependable with a strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Previous maintenance or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required
