Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding guest services to enhance their arcade experience
• Assist visitors with game instructions, ticket redemption, and troubleshooting technical issues
• Manage daily operations of arcade machines, ensuring they are functioning correctly and safely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety
• Support management in overseeing guest flow, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive environment
• Monitor game usage and revenue collection, accurately recording transactions and operational data
• Promote a fun, inclusive atmosphere by engaging with guests and encouraging participation in activities

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are key
• Strong management skills to oversee daily operations, handle guest inquiries, and coordinate team efforts
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members alike
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of arcade equipment or gaming technology is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• A friendly demeanor combined with problem-solving abilities to handle guest concerns effectively

Pay: £8.00-£12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 16.0 per week
