What they need
The Arcade Attendant is responsible for assisting customers, operating and monitoring arcade games, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with arcade games and inquiries.
- Operate, monitor, and perform basic troubleshooting of arcade machines.
- Assist with game cards, credits, prizes, and customer transactions.
- Monitor the arcade area to ensure safety and proper game usage.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the arcade area.
- Report machine issues, damages, and customer concerns promptly.
- Support promotions, events, and other branch activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Senior High School graduate or college level.
- Customer service or retail experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of arcade games or electronics is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
