Arcade Attendant

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Arcade Attendant to assist guests and ensure a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience in our arcade and entertainment center.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with arcade games, game cards, credits, and prizes.
• Explain game mechanics and assist customers with basic game-related concerns.
• Monitor arcade machines and report technical issues or malfunctions.
• Assist with prize redemption and maintain proper prize displays.
• Monitor the arcade area to ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Assist during promotions, events, tournaments, and other activities.
• Ensure proper handling of customer transactions when assigned.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operating standards.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or college level; college graduate is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or entertainment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of arcade games and gaming is an advantage.
• Friendly, energetic, approachable, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and attentive to customers and surroundings.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and special events.
