Arcade Attendant / Store assistant

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
• Operate and troubleshoot arcade machines to ensure they are functioning properly
• Assist guests with game instructions, rules, and prize redemption processes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area, including game stations and surrounding spaces
• Handle cash transactions accurately for game credits, prizes, or food sales when applicable
• Engage with guests through friendly conversation, public speaking, and promoting upcoming events or specials

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills to confidently speak with diverse guest groups
• Proven customer service background
• Experience handling cash transactions accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
