Bandai Namco Amusement America, THE leader in the Amusement and Entertainment Industry for over 40 years, is seeking an arcade manager to build our team at Mall of America in Minnesota. The successful candidate will help introduce the latest Bandai Namco IP retail offerings from Japan.

---Needs to be able to work weekends---

Principal Accountabilities:

-Directly responsible for managing & maintaining select budgets

-Maximize revenue opportunity by providing an excellent

employee, customer, and business experience.

-Assist in recruiting, hiring & training selected team members.

-Teach and coach interpersonal customer service skills.

-Ensure accounting and safeguarding all company funds & tokens.

-Foster a professional relationship with team members & guests.

-Maintain the appearance and playability of equipment through

proper execution of technical criteria.

-Maintain the condition and appearance of location & equipment.

-Maintain the appearance & stock of Redemption Center (if applicable)

-Assist customers with games cards and applications and educating guest on all store events.

-Assist customers with game operational issues & general game controls.

-Support other areas of store as required

Requirements:

-Experience with previous retail or service oriented business.

-Strong customer based skills desirable.

-Education of High School graduate or equivalent.

-Basic electronics knowledge desirable.

Preferred & Helpful Qualifications:

-Degree in Business Management or Electronic/Technical area.

-Ability to perform Preventive and Aesthetic maintenance on

Equipment.

-Ability to perform basic trouble-shooting tasks on equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
