Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Perform duty at restaurant reception
• Provide administrative and clerical support
• Act efficiently and accurately for complaints, ensuring issues are appropriately escalated and promptly resolved.
• Work with SevenRooms reservation system is used effectively and maintained.
• Maximize table management, update maintenance of guest database with detailed notes and insight.
• Assist in restaurant operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese speaking is required
• Strong initiative, motivational and people skills
• Formal hospitality management or culinary education is a plus.
• Familiarity with windows office & Sevenrooms
• 2 Year experience in a similar role preferably in fine dining establishment
• New to work force will also be considered
