Requirements:

What You'll Do

Welcome customers and create an exceptional first impression.
Conduct personalized one-on-one consultations to understand each customer’s foot pain, lifestyle, and mobility needs.
Demonstrate, fit, and recommend premium arch supports and related products based on each customer's needs.
Educate customers on how proper arch support can improve comfort, alignment, and overall wellness.
Guide customers confidently through the consultation and fitting process while recommending the best solutions for their individual needs.
Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
Build rapport through active listening, consultative selling, and solution-based recommendations.
Maintain accurate sales transactions and customer records using the point-of-sale system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, encourage referrals, and build long-term relationships.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked showroom.
Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and best sales practices.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive, high performing sales culture.

Qualifications

Retail or sales experience preferred; consultative or commission-based sales experience is a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance metrics.
Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.
Ability to assist customers during personalized product fittings.

Retail Hours:

Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
