Role Summary

We need an experienced Archer IRM (RSA Archer) administrator and developer to join our Governance, Risk, and

Compliance (GRC) team. You will build and maintain Archer applications and questionnaires, support the platform,

and work with business stakeholders to turn risk and compliance requirements into working solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build, configure, and enhance Archer applications, On-Demand Applications (ODAs), and questionnaires

Administer the platform: users, groups, roles, permissions, workspaces, dashboards, reports, and iViews

Configure Data Driven Events (DDEs) and Advanced Workflow (approvals, notifications, escalations, routing)

Build and maintain Data Feeds and support REST API integrations

Promote configurations across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production using packaging and solution promotion

Support upgrades, patching, testing, and releases

Provide production support and resolve incidents

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for risk, compliance, controls, and issues

Partner with solution managers and business stakeholders to gather requirements

Maintain solution documentation, configuration standards, and governance controls

Identify opportunities for process automation and platform optimization

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on Archer administration and configuration experience

Experience supporting enterprise GRC solutions

Experience with Archer questionnaires, Data Feed Manager, and Advanced Workflow

Knowledge of Archer packaging and solution promotion

SQL Server query and troubleshooting skills

Experience with REST APIs and JSON

Experience working in Agile and SDLC environments

Understanding of governance, risk, compliance, audit, and issue management concepts

Preferred Qualifications

Archer Certified Administrator

Experience with Archer 2025.12 / 2026.x and Advanced Workflow enhancements

PowerShell scripting

Familiarity with ETL and integration technologies

Banking or financial services background (AML/KYC, operational risk, enterprise risk
