Job Summary

: TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS • Strong experience in Archer administration, configuration, customization, and production support. • Hands-on experience with Archer Solution Packages and custom on-demand application development. • Expertise in workflows, questionnaires, calculations, record permissions, access controls, and data feeds. • Experience with Archer platform upgrades, migrations, deployment, and environment management. • Proficient in Archer integrations using Web APIs, data imports/exports, and automated data exchange processes. • Strong troubleshooting skills for application, workflow, performance, and user access issues. • Experience with SQL Server, database querying, IIS administration, and Windows-based application environments. • Working knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, and SDLC methodologies. • Experience in GRC domains including Risk, Compliance, Audit, Policy, Third-Party Risk, and Exception Management. • Hands-on experience preparing HLDs, LLDs, technical documentation, and implementation artifacts.
